We want you to be able to explore the capabilities of our devices in comfortable conditions. During the test, we provide you with advice and help in configuration.

We attach a warranty card, quality certificate to each device.

The warranty also applies after resale.

Electron tubes are subject to a 6-month warranty.

We provide indefinite support in terms of equipment inspection, adjustments, and tube replacement.

The customer only bears the agreed costs of the parts used and transport.

We will be happy to provide you with support in matching system components, replacing equipment, and selecting tubes and cabling.

Our equipment has a modular structure, so it will be possible to update it.

We also provide a favorable exchange formula for higher models from our offer.

After discussing the details, we can make a version that meets individual expectations regarding functionality or tube selection.

If the selected model is not immediately available, the order is usually completed within 2 to 8 weeks. This is the time needed for preparation, assembly, electronic and listening tests. We work efficiently but without rush - we want to be sure of the highest quality of the devices we send. We send the equipment via reliable courier companies, always insure the shipment.

We are open to suggestions for a form of delivery convenient for the customer.
